Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailboxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mails from one mailbox account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox you would like to redirect mails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest.
